Tuff Rib Panels
Tuff Panel – a low profile, economical panel solution for residential, commercial, and agricultural roofing or post frame buildings. Tuff Panels are a very durable, high-value metal roofing system. Manufactured in 29 ga., 26 ga., and 24 ga. Minimum recommended slope is 3:12.

Ridge Caps
Ridge Cap is used to seal the point where two upward slopes meet.
(Specify pitch on roofs steeper than 5/12.)
Gutter Apron
Gutter Apron is used at the eave of the building to cover the fascia and help protect against water that comes off the end of the panel.
Outside Corners
Outside Corner can be used as gable trim or a corner for a garage or building.
(Customizing rakes or corners is often necessary due to landing on the rib of a panel.)
Inside Corners
Used to cap the inside corner of a building or where two inside walls intersect.
J Trim
J Trim is used to go around doors, windows, or other edges of metal panels that need to be connected.
Wainscot
Wainscot is used when wall panels are joined or for flashing the top of the panel.
Bottom Trim
Bottom trim is installed at the bottom of wall sheets and elevates the panel 1″ off the floor.
Rat Guard
Rat Guard is installed at the bottom of panels to prevent anything from going into the ribs of the panel.
Base Trim
Base Trim is used to trim out the bottom of panels and can be used over the top of windows and doors.
L Trim / Fascia
L Trim covers fascia board for cosmetic reasons and protects against water.
(Can be hemmed or flat.)
Endwall
Endwall flashing is applied where the upward slope of the roof meets a wall.
(Specify pitch on roofs steeper than 5/12.)
Sidewall
Sidewall flashing is applied when the side of the roof butts up against an adjacent wall.
(The wall side can be covered by wall siding or scaled with caulk.)
Double Angle
Double Angle is used when joining or flashing the top of the panel.
Window Cap
Window Cap is used for the top of windows and doors or the top sides of a panel.
1″ F/J Trim
1″ F/J is designed to cover the top edge of the wall sheet and holds a 3/4″ panel for the ceiling.
1/2″ F/J Trim
1/2″ F/J is designed to cover the top edge of the wall sheet and holds 1/2″ soffit in place.
Upper Gambrel
Upper Gambrel trim is used as a pitch change where two different pitches come together on a Gambrel style roof.
Lower Gambrel
Lower gambrel is used the same as the upper gambrel except this trim is bent in the opposite direction making the inside angle the color side of the trim.
Door Track Cover
Door Track Cover fits over the door track and goes under the panels to hide the track and shed water.
4″ Box Gutter
Hangs under the panel.
(All gutters need to be ordered to the specific roof pitch.)
Door Track Round
Door Track cover fits over the door track and goes under the panel to hide the track and shed water.
Door Track Square
Door track cover fits over the door track and goes under the panels to hide the track and shed water.

Covers fascia board or door post and protects against water. Any side can be hemmed or left flat.
L Trim/Door Post 1 Side Hemmed
Covers 2 sides of the board or door post and protects against water. Hemmed sides create smooth edges as opposed to a flat edge.
L Trim/Door Post Both Sides Hemmed
Covers 2 sides of the board or door post and protects against water. Hemmed sides create smooth edges as opposed to a flat edge.
U Channel
U Channel is used to cap 3 sides with flat edges.
U Channel Hemmed
Hemmed U Channel covers 3 sides. The hems eliminate sharp edges and allow for use of a cleat.
